Well here goes. "I'm on a voyage to self discovery everyone!" Has always been something I have been wanting to say. Sadly, I'm not in the safe state of mind to be taking any risks or jumping into quick and impromptu decisions. I've never been one to take risks but that's just me. That's my ice-breaking first paragraph for this post. Off to the juicy stuff.

So I pick up my fresh-off-the-stand May issue of Nylon today and it was absolutely delicious as usual. I've yet to encounter an issue of Nylon in which I wasn't engrossed in the styles, colors and trends embedded in the pages. I love everything about this magazine and I will never put it down. This issue I picked up has been flooded with the latest Young Hollywood talent. (Hence, the issue being names 'The Young Hollywood Issue", but that's not the point right now) So I'm flipping through my magazine and sipping my iced-tea under the Spring sun right? But I barely come across enough fashion and style articles to satisfy my recent craving. Instead, there's a hoard-load of new actors and actresses that are said to make a big hit in the next few years. Of course, I'm not one to say anything bad about Hollywood stars. I enjoy a good piece of eye-candy as much as the next girl but then again, I wasn't able to pick up much from this issue (apart from Macaulay Culkin having a brother). Although, I suddenly have an itch in my hand to grab a few wads of cash and run to the nearest Forever 21 store to get myself a pair of lace-trimmed socks and a pair of heels. But other than that, I must say I've always and will always appreciate Nylon. Whether its spilling over the sides with style trends or people, I don't care. It's my fashion bible and I will not put it down.

Well apart from that mini-escapade into my day, there are a few products I got my hands on today. Since I ran out of eye-liner the last month, I've been using this pencil liner that has been giving my eyes a little problem. Let's just say that I'm not exactly adapting to its chemical composition. So I ran to the store and grabbed the closest Maybelline New York eye liner. Also, I needed a few things to clear up my face since it's been breaking out more often recently. Let's hope this new product will work wonders.

That's it for my adventure in today's little spending spree. I now require more money. My allowance is just not cutting my expenses.

And yet again, I find myself cruising the world wide web in search of something to satiate my current crave for the latest trends. So far, I've picked up that neon will be the ticket this Spring, according to Nylon's March issue. And why wouldn't it? It's absolutely lovely.
